Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring?
Short answer, nothing. We provide a care package to get you through the day, along with bottled water.
Do you only tour the Heathcote and Strathbogie Regions?
Absolutely not! We believe we are incredibly spoilt here in Victoria. We have so many beautiful micro-wine regions and we would love to explore them with you! Contact us to discuss where you would like to go next.
Do you pick up from Melbourne?
I'm sorry, we currently do not pick up from Melbourne. However, the train line between Melbourne and Seymour is direct and a great way to see more of the beautiful countryside!
Where do you pick up from?
We are happy to collect you from your accommodation in Seymour or Heathcote. We can meet you at the train station or any other convenient meeting point. Please don't hesitate to reach out to find out if we can pick you up!
What does the tour price, per person, actually include?
We include everything other than you wine to take home! Travel, lunch, all tastings, care package, bottled water (the odd coffee if it's required).
How many to a group?
Our vehicles can seat 6 people (can be cosy). We are also happy to hire a minibus for the day, please reach out to us to discuss pricing for this option.
Is our tour private, for our group only?
Yes, your tour will be private to your group only, even if there are only two of you. We believe the day should be about what you need, not aiming to cater for a different group of people.
Is the Wine Tour flexible?
Yes. We believe the tour should be designed for what you want, which may be different to someone else. If you are not happy at a winery, we are happy to move on. If you are really enjoying your experience, grab a glass and enjoy yourself!
How many stops does a typical tour include?
We recommend between 4-5 stops for a full day tour. However, if you have different requirements, we are happy to discuss this. We always begin the day with a rough schedule, but understand that sometimes we are ahead of schedule and (more often than not) other times we run behind schedule. The day is about relaxing and enjoying yourself, not rushing and feeling pressured.
